Jessica Denison Bio

Jessica Denison has represented both management and employees in all types of labor and employment cases, including but not limited to: wrongful termination, sexual and racial harassment and discrimination, and retaliation claims. She is experienced in both employment transactional work, employment litigation, and employment and family based immigration.

In addition, Jessica has drafted, prepared, and negotiated severance agreements and releases, employment contracts, and covenants not to compete. Moreover, Jessica has represented employers and former employees before various governmental agencies including the EEOC, Unemployment Commission and state agencies nationwide.
