The first step in tackling any significant legal problem is a thorough understanding of your rights and options. Our approach begins with an emphasis on case analysis and client education. Many potential clients just want to know: “Do I have a case?” But legal issues are usually complicated and highly dependent on the facts, so it’s extremely important that you understand the range of possible outcomes of your decisions.
We offer several initial consultation option that are designed to give you the basic information you need to begin making educated decisions that increase the likelihood of a successful legal outcome. In order to do that, it is important that we spend time discussing the specific facts of your situation and review your options.
Our office based, initial consultation options provide an opportunity to discuss the facts of your situation, engage in a general discussion of the law as it pertains to your situation, to layout your potential options and help you understand the benefits and risks involved in pursuing certain courses of action. Finally, we can discuss your goals and objectives for legal representation and how we may be able to assist you.
We realize that many people who contact us have limited financial resources to pay legal fees. We offer a less expensive 30 minute telephone conference option that will provide a more limited discussion of your situations and options. We are also happy to review information submitted by email or through our online intake questionnaire for those people who cannot afford a consultation, but are interested in learning whether our firm can help them on an alternative fee basis, such as a contingency fee.
